Westminster Mint I have delt with them on a number of orders. I like the quality of their products and their prices but as far as customer service and product delivery I give them a 2 out of 10 for a rating. They gladly take your order and your money and you would expect to get the product shipped after the payment has cleared. That is what they tell you, with-in 2 to 3 days after payment processing and payment clearing they ship the order........

Don't believe that for 1 second, I have an order that I paid for by credit card and paid the extra $26.90 so I would get the order expedited and shipped faster.... The credit card payment cleared my Bank on 17 Apr 2013....... Today is the 19th of May??? So much for my $26.90 surcharge. Yes,,, I have called them, they tell you, "do to the high demand bla,bla,bla, they go through the standard sorry about that stuff"

I asked them, if you didn't have the item on the shelf and ready to ship why did you have it listed and why would you take my payment??? The bottom line is, just because they have something listed on their site for sale does not mean that they have it in stock... and don't think that you will get back your surcharge with an apology for the delay.... That won't happen....

Most sites are honest and tell you at point of order about delays and then there are sites like Westminster. they only seem to be concerned about getting the money.  One last word,,, "Hey Westminister am I in your shipping window yet" I must be getting close to the shipping window by now,,,, I have been waiting since the 17th of April,,, what is that about 5 weeks, I sure am glad that I paid that $26.90 surcharge to EXPEDITE my order(lol.lol.lol)

I would like my product that I paid for, a return of the surcharge that I paid, and a apology.

My Order update with Westminster they contacted me about my order, they are refunding my surcharge, giving me free shipping and updating the cost of my order to reflect todays prices. (silver went down since my order)  They hit a home run with me........ I will continue to do business with them...... They are tops in my book... Great products and about the best prices you will be able to find on the web. But, since they do have nice products and great prices,  don't expect to get your order right away. They get swamped with orders when the price of Silver drops, and they get backlogged. But, their customer service is a 10 in my book.

Westminster Mint,,,,, thank-you for your great customer service, I could not have asked for a better resolution to my order than what you did for me.

Thank-you again,,, and I will be a happy returning customer, my next order with you will be order number 20, keep up the good work and great products
