38Advertised: On 2-22-06, the advertisement was shown over the internet while my wife was doing a survey for Panda Survey. She was trying to make some extra money because I had been laid off .

Customer Service Rep., My wife came across your advertisement while trying to make some money doing survey's for Panda Survey. She was mislead by your deceptive and misleading advertisement that stated she could get a FREE sample for only $3.95 (shipping and handling charge). Before she even received the FREE sample, she was charged an additional $106.90 for the next month's supply. Upon calling the advertising phone number to complain, she was informed RUDELY that in the TERMS and Agreement section not shown on the original web page, she had inadvertently ordered another month's supply. I found that to be the lowest of advertising gimmicks and demand that you return her money immediately. I am also cancelling any further shipments of this product, as I am sure there is some hidden re-ship gimmick if you don't respond in some short time after receiving this next month's shipment. AGAIN, do not ship the first month's supply nor any other month's supply of your White OVERNITE Crap. If I do not see the money returned to our account, I will pursue other LEGAL means. This is not a threat or just someone blowing off steam, but a genuine request to cease and desist any shipments of your product! I also read the accompanying insert that came with the sample shipment and stated that you or any of your manufacturers' are not responsible for the outcome of anyone using your product. That disclosure statement let me know that your product isn't worth trying if the manufacturer won't even back its own product. So we threw your FREE sample in the trash, where companies like yourself deserve to end up at.

Also, when reviewing your product ingredient deck, I noted that you repeated Carbamide Peroxide (The Active Ingredient) on the deck in two different locations, which does not comply with CTFA or INCI protocol. Regardless of how or when you add this active ingredient during the processing phase, it is still only listed once on the deck. The ingredients must be listed from largest concentration to the least up to 1% active concentration, which again shows that you do not even follow standard GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedures) regarding labeling protocol. I will wait 48-72 hours from this Monday, the 6th of March, 2006 for your response. I also expect to see the return of the $106.90 in our account within that same time frame, or will assume that LEGAL matters are my only recourse. Sincerely, James and Shirley Deleted.

The Attorney Generals Office responded to my complaint on 4-14-06. They recommended that I contact a private attorney if I was not happy with "That Companies" response. I am very disappointed with there response but understand they have a limited labor force and there are bigger fish to fry.

I intend to continue submitting this complaint to all Public Representitives that are here to protect us from this kind of fraudulent advertisement. I will not just GO AWAY.
