We paid 700 dollars each for tickets to China. Instead we got an adult seat and an infant seat. Which implies that the other person would have to sit on the other person's lap. So we had to pay for another ticket on the spot $2000.

Even with the charge this is not logical because infants are free for domestic flights. They've also had numerous prior issues that I've found online. But my dad ordered these tickets and it's too late.

The problem is not the money itself. Rather, we paid for two tickets and got one. IT'S A SCAM and INTENTIONAL.

They have been no help, avoiding the situation and essentially riping us off.

We have checked other tickets online on NorthWest at the time and they averaged 800-900 so 700 did not seem so outrageous. But what ended up happening is we paid for 1400 for one ticket. And an extra 2000 last minute ticket.

I'm in the process of trying to get that money back. However, seeing other people's comments on this place, I'm doubtful I'll be successful.

WHOLESALE FLIGHTS DID WHAT WAS ASKED AND IS NOT SCAM ANYONE.

AUTHOR: Vvein - (U.S.A.)

Wholesale Flights Inc sells over 10,000 airline tickets per month. If we were a scam and committed such acts we would not be in business and trusted by many that booked with our Company. We are registered with the Attorney General, IATAN National Association for Travel Agents, and the BBB.

There have been a few complaints in regards to our service, but what Compnay does not have negative reviews. It is impossible to keep everyone happy at all times. However our complaint rate compared to the amount of customers that use our service is less then .03%.

The situation where this customer is accusing us of selling them 1 ticket when they paid for 2 is completely false. This particular customer had a difficult time speaking english and understanding our agent. However we do have a recorded conversation for this transaction that does prove this customer called and requested 2 tickets one for an Adult and one for an Infant. On this particular airline the adult has a seat, however they do not offer a seat for the infant but do charge for the infant to board the plane.

If this customer had requested a seat for a child who is between the ages of (2 and 12 years of age ) they would have had their own second seat, however the total price would have been about $1,800 total and not $1,400 which is how much they paid.

Our Agent confirmed multiple times with the customer that the 2nd passenger was an infant and they confirmed. It seems that this customer was attempting and still is attempting to fool the system by paying for an infant when the passenger is really a teenager. At the point when the customer contacted us we were not able to help them because they already bought another ticket and the child already flew.

However if they contacted us at least 72 hours prior to the flight like the contract states to reconfirm. We would be able to assist them to upgrade their ticket. They received and reviewed the contract with all the terms and conditions, along with the itinirary, but did not contact us regarding any issues until after the flight.
