I called with my concern and was told that was a “packed on” date and not to worry “the steaks are all good”. I’m about half way through the meat and every steak has been less than “premium”. The steaks are very chewy and tough. Not to mention a third of the vacuum packages on the individual steaks leak after being defrosted. Lesson learned. Windy City Quality foods comes up short for me.
