I had purchased the Work at Home Institute online materials for $97 with a 60 day refund policy guarantee. I had tried the program for about 30 days, however it did not work (the links of their recommended sites did not work, and creating and posting links did not generate any income as they promised).

I informed them of the same and asked them to refund back the $97 that they charged my credit card. They never refunded back to my credit card inspite of my contacting them on several occasions. They informed me that the refund was being processed but it was never refunded.

To add to that, when they accessed my credit card, I got other charges on my credit card that I had not authorized and had to call my credit card to stop these illegal transactions and had to get a new credit card.

This company Work at Home Institute (wahinstitute.net/), of Bobbie Robinson located online with physical location showing in Houston, Texas is ripping off innocent people who are looking for jobs and putting a stigma on other companies that actually are legal and operate online/work at home job opportunities.

They run ads on You Tube youtube.com/watch?v=NPonKYX3zLU, convincing that their business is legitimate, when it is not. There are other users who were also ripped off and have posted against this company on You Tube.

They should be taken off from the internet and from operating this scam business.
