World Pet Express Did not send item

I ordered dog meds on March 17th.  They called me on March 20th asking me if my address was correct, which was bizarre to me because when I order stuff online the merchant never calls me to verify an address.  I let my skepticism be known and they assured me that they were legit.  Should've been smarter and just canceled it. 

It is now April 12th, and the meds are still not here.  Their website claims it would take 7-12 business days.  We are on business day 19 here.  They responded to my email assurring me I would have it by the 10th of April.  What a joke.  I called my bank to file a claim of fraud because this is clearly what they are doing.  They have excuses each time I contact them.  The dumb s***k claimed she was making a report with the shipping company to see where it is.  What BS.  These idiots lie and steal.
