I've been using this site for a couple years with no problems. They have pet meds at a great price! They switched names recently and things changed.
I ordered pet meds in Feb 2014 and within a week I had fraudulent charges, I was on vacation with no debit card it was a huge fiasco! I asked my bank what can I do to find out who did this? They said you never really know, nothing you can do, so i forgot about it. In August when I reordered meds, it happened again when I was out of town a couple days after my purchase, no access to $$ while away huge deal etc.
I thought it was related to the identity theft with target so I didn't put it together until a family member who does not shop online AT ALL used this site once and got fraudulent charges immediately. I called the company demanded a manager spoke to Keith (keithv@clientcareservice.com) he assured me it wasn't their site that their site is safe etc etc etc but their IT dept would look into it and let me know the results. I have not heard back from Keith V at all and I've sent him multiple emails.
