My bank finally charged back this World Wide Marketing on 7/24/09, outside the 180 days withing which to charge back.  It was since January 2009 that the bank had been working on the documents to prove the invalidity of the charge applied to me.

My Credit Card was charged of $9,425.00 for Television Commercial 50 Spots on 12/17/08.  On 12/20/08, after testing the Website, it had endless problems, I immediately emailed customer support desisting of this non-functional Website.  Dez Freeman responded on 12/23/08  that I had 3 days to rescind the contract, the reason for such a short period Dez Freeman said, is that I had 30 days to try the Website.
The guy (gal?) also said that the Website cannot function, or, incomplete because I did not send them the SIGNED Contract.  As soon as I found the mailed contracts (2 of them) I sent them back unsigned because the tested web site would not be fixed by the signed contract by the fact that the website is accessible only through the correct password.  How can a website sell anything if it is inaccessible to the potential clients???

How just would be a TV commercial worth $9,425.00 to advertise an inaccessible Website???  Was this TV Commercial really initiated to advertise a non-functional Website?  If this TV Commercial was initiated anyway, did they pay all the $9,425.00 to advertise a non-functional website, to justify ZERO refund.  The authorization I signed indeed included the clause "I acknowledge that all company initiated marketing is monetarily non-rescindable", this is on the authorization of TV Commercial document.  If they initiated the TV Commercial, it was totally on their own, not mine because I have been telling them since 12/20/08 that the Website was non-functional and therefore there was not the least reason to advertise it.
