Wpi* Ifriends charging my account and i never used the account Internet

My account is being charged by this company and i never used it. I went to the site on day it said free but i never used it. now they keep charging my account every month.
I went to the site to try to get them from charging me but there's no cancal membership on the site anywhere. Is there a way where i can get my card to stop being charged.

We will be happy to cancel the account and refund any charges billed to him once we can find the appropriate account. We urge Terell/Deshawn to contact our Customer Care department directly at 1-800-243-9726. This is a toll-free call, and representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Each time we billed Terell/Deshawn's card, we provided a toll-free telephone number next to the charge. He could have called us at any time using this readily accessible contact information. Additionally, a link to the membership cancellation utility can be found on the initial page of our service's website, on the member services page, and on the Frequently Asked Questions page. We also provide a link to both telephone and email contact information on each page of our website. Again, we encourage Terell/Deshawn to contact us so that we can resolve this issue.
