I signed up for a trial account through WTS, for which they made a $0.01 deposit into my checking account. Two weeks later WTS charged my account $4.95, money I didn't have in the bank. Because of this my bank had charged me $37.50 as an overdraft charge.

When i tried looking for information about WTS I stumbled upon this website and read other people's stories of frustration with the same company. I'm now very anxious and scared to see if WTS makes any more charges. I can't afford any more bank charges as it is.

Hello. First of all, you will need to be sure that you have cancelled the service that which you joined. Even if the service was a "free trial", they required your financial, information for the sole purpose of billing your account if you do not cancel that trial. The $4.95 was more than likely a trial fee, which will eb followed up by a larger monthly fee if you do not cancel the service. You can go to their website www.webtransactionservices.com and cancel, or you need to look in your email and find the email you got when you signed up for the service. There will be instructions on how to cancel on that email. If you didnt get anythign in your inbox, check your spam or bulk mail. Good luck!
