Rycoby Diversified Construction LLC Driver tried to cause a major accident on Interstate 10 Eastbound in Phoenix Mesa Arizona

On the morning of January 27, 2023, I was travelling eastbound on Interstate 10 in Phoenix, Arizona, in the County of Maricopa.  This occured just before exit number 145 inside of the tunnel.  My vehicle was travelling in the second from the left lane.  Traffic was extremely heavy and travelling smoothly at 70 to 75 miles per hour.  

As we were approaching the exit of the tunnel, a man driving a company truck, with Rycoby Diversified Construction LLC company logo changed lanes all the way from the second from the right hand lane, all the way to my lane, and then slammed on his brakes and slowed down traffic to 40 miles per hour.  The driver then cut in front of the traffic travelling in the HOV lane, and slowed that lane down to 40 miles per hour as well.  This almost caused a major accident, as multiple people, including myself, were forced to emergency brake on the highway.  This man's actions did not seem like an accident, and in fact seemed to be directed at someone in particular in traffic.  This was road rage.  I am not sure who his intended target was, but he almost took a lot of people out in the process.  After we got out of the tunnel, the driver continued to drive extremely slow in the far left lane.  There was no exit on the left for his to use, making his lane change unneccessary.  It seemed as if he was purposfully trying to slow someone down who was passing far on the left.  In no reality should this person be driving at all, let alone a company vehicle.  He almost killed me yesterday.
