I ordered this tea last year and am still waiting for my refund back. I have sat on the phone countless hours and even though EVERY person that I have spoken with states that they have received their product back they have yet to refund me my money. They keep talking about a 60day money back guarantee which I had honored but still no refund; it seems that they feed off the postal service and state that days are wrong and then when they figure that out then theres some other problem.

They have an excellent way of keeping you on the phone until the next time and then the next time. I was told I would receive an email 2 days after my phone calls to them and after 3 times of being told an email would come I dont think one is coming at all.

When I finally had enough; they said that I paid for the tea that they have in their warehouse and would not be refunded. I then said send me back what I paid for and then you have your money and I have the product. They refused and Im here with NO MONEY and NO PRODUCT.

This company are crooks and know how to run you around in circles.
