I was to receive a 14-day free trial period for their product. In my feeble mind, I believed this meant that I would receive a 14-day supply. Then I would inform them if I wished to continue on their program or not.

I did not receive a 14-day supply but a one-month supply. During a live chat with their representative, I was informed that, after the 14-day "free trial" period, I would be billed $59.95 for the one-month supply.

What is free? Are they giving me free time? They are not giving me any free product.

When I told the rep that I did not want the tea, she suggested that I "gift" it to someone else. After I told her that I wanted to send it back, she then gave me the company address with specific instructions for return. If I don't send it back within the first 14 days, my credit card will be charged the full amount. After that time, I am supposed to be refunded. What a hassle!

This company should not be allowed to send unsolicited product making it necessary for the consumer to pay to return it so their credit card is not charged.
