I found a package in my mailbox and had no idea what Wu-Yi Source even was. Big instructions to call the 800 number on the outside of the box that was an explanation of the contents (diet tea) and extolling its virtues and someone's personal hotline if any questions and thanking me for my "order". I never ordered this.

I google it and see that this is happening to other people and all the problems resulting. I check my accounts to see if there are any unauthorized charges, so far none. I see some people are calling for an RMA, but as far as I can see, I didn't order this, so it is within my right to refuse it, which I do. I look in my junk e-mailbox by chance, and there it is, an email confimation of "my order" marked dangerous, and do not open by my virus protection program, at 2:00am when I was sleeping, some weeks before. I try to reply, but the address is "unknown".

My only recourse is to report here, report to the BBB, amd to put a fraud alert on my accounts and wait. I ordered a "free trial" with Hydroderm in the past and went thru heck and would never do so willingly again. It makes me wonder if these companies exchange info....

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.

You can talk to customer support seven days a week. Once again, I never ORDERED this product..

To make this perfectly clear, I once in the distant past had ordered a free trial OF hydroderm , but never THIS PRODUCT, I had no idea what the product even was.  Which is my point.  How did this company get my information???? 

And my complaint is lodged in January of '09.  It took 12 months to respond?
