WWE Network False Advertisement, Fraud, Took my money Stamford Connecticut

I subscribed to the WWE Network free trial for my son. Well the next day I was charged the 9.99 monthly fee. I called your customer service that day and was told I was charged because the free trial is not an option on a mobile device but that they would request a refund. I called again a week later because I didn't see the refund posted. I was told it was denied?!?! Really! I am being charged because there is a flaw in your system.  At this point it's about the principality of the thing and your false advertisement.
