Hi,
Sorry to hear about your situation. How your grandson got your c/c info is between you and him. However, when he subscribed for the WWE Network at the time this report was made, WWE had a 6 month commitment in progress which would be why the auto-renewal would apply. Shortly thereafter, the WWE removed that 6 month commitment policy and now there is no commitment. Maybe you should try calling them again or calling your bank to cancel your c/c or debit card that is on file. That's the best way I would go about it.
I, however, feel that the WWE Network, if not for you, is a valuable asset to your grandson because I myself, have experienced it's benefits. You get all 12 WWE PPV's for way less than regular cable provides it (just 9.99, as they say it). You also get original programming and other WWE exclusives that sometimes air after live TV programming.
Again, should you decide to cancel, that's your business.
Good luck
