WWE Network Does not cancel subscription when asked and bills anyway after trial is over Stamford Connecticut

I signed up for WWE Network on the 24th of Feburary and find out that night that it does'nt support Windows XP. Call up the very next day and canceled my trial due to it not working on XP and the girl said it was done. Then I looked at my debt card statement and find out on the 5th of March that I was billed 9.99 after I asked for it to be canceled. Then I call up again and explain that I had canceled on the 25 the day after it launched and they appoligized and I ask for it to be canceled and a refund. Then About 3days later I look at the account again and see that they had'nt canceled it again and was going to bill me on April 9th. So I'm calling for a 3rd time and tols them once again that I wanted it canceled and refunded due to not being able to use it and the fact that it should have been canceled during the trial. They said ok and gave me cancel verify code and refund code. So as I thought I was done with these dumb bells I checked my email tonight about 1hr ago and seen where they denied my refund and right before I called them for the 4th time I check to make sure the subscription was canceled and sure enough it was. So now I call them for the 4th time and got transfered to the accounts department and was told there was no record of me calling on the 25th of Feburary just on March 5th and 10th. So cause of them screwing up they got 9.99 of my money and would not refund it. I would suggest either making sure you get a confermation number so that you know its canceled hopefully. But still check which ever payment method you used to make for sure that they did cancel or you could get billed like I did and told sorry can't refund cause there is no record of the call. Also will warn you now also that they are foreign like alot of places now. So it might be diffacult to understand them. Be smart and do this or in my case just don't order ever again or even if you hav'nt done the trial don't do it or you could get charged like me.
