I experienced many negative actions upon, YP such as:  (1) When I first signed up my sales represntative promised me more calls for my business and no calls were received from YP I asked my customers if they found us on YP they said no. (2) I setup autopay with YP and they charged me $161.57 when my one year contract stated $64.50 per month, I called them and they said that they have a new policy in place where the money could not be refunded until four business days, and I had a bill I had to pay before the four business days, yet they still had lacks of care for me, so I contacted my bank and they pulled my payment and left my $64.50 this charge also caused me a bank overdraft, they credited my account, but I still have the overdraft on my record.
