Yellow Pages AdSolutions Deceptive, Uncaring, Unreasonable SAN JOSE, California

I have spoken to 4 managers, 10 employees and 3 web managers regarding termination of services. I had told them that there is a person that is using my company name and contractors license on advertising and they had told me that im 50% responsible for all of their doings. I told them i have investigations being done but yet they blow me off to have a manger call me back. 

On my contracts for my business they write oddball dates as a scare tactic to continue service...thats what they said! They refuse to cancel services even though they have been told during the cancellation times and when my personal ads went up they were completely wrong then it took three weeks to fix problems.

Another problem was that the ads have a 10 day right to cancel, yes...they did the voice verification on the first call which after all the corrections, call backs and waiting for my rep to call me back after her days off from watching her family graduations, i was over my 10 days. These people are vultures and can care less about you after they get your money. Now I'm stuck with an unknown advertising bill from myself and some crook using my name.
