Westbow Press/Author House Recently. Westbow Press has merged with other companies, honestly, I do not know who I am dealing with anymore. Selling dreams, Exaggerated, Schemes, Lies, Rip-off, package nightmares. Bloomington Indiana

 Westbow press sold me my dream of publishing my three books and will be a success. I have been working on my books for 18 years. They assured me after I explored several other companies, they were the Christian Company that's the best because Thomas Nelson and Zondervan were affiliated with them and I will have the chance to be signed traditional with them. They also sold the dream of my Children's bookto have a great chance of becoming a series or movie because it is so great. They told me that there is a big need for this type of book in the world for Children and highly advised me to purchase the Hollywood Package for 4,000 dollars. What did I receive for purchasing this? Nothing. WestBow informed me that it would be submitted to the Hollywood data base and if anyone were interested they will contact me. Well, I have heard nothing. When I call for updates, I'm asked if I have heard from anyone yet. My book's are published, two last year in December and one in June. I'm suppost to be paid quarterly and to date I have received one check for $ 15.00. My cover is being used for another Authors book, when I call and informed them of this they told me that I did not own this image that It did not belong to me; but yet it is secured by an ISBN number I'm not happy with their services. Also, on the back of the cover you cannot even read the words because it is dark writing on top of dark and I did not want that. Also, misspelled words that were not my mistake, it was their mistake on all three of my books! I am NOT happy with this at all and I had to pay extra charges for all of my books and I did all of the work editing doing everything including my own illustration for the cover for my children's book. I don't think they deserve to cash in on their scams. Another thing : My books are in a lot of online book stores, there is not even a picture of my books in the stores and they are all supposed to have pictures on them I have other issues as well I feel that I have been ripped off to the max.
