I had water damage from a burst water pipe. My wife and I were away on vacation at the time. My CSAA/AAA adjuster (Tia Ward) NEVER came to my house and flat out blanket denied my claim. She and her manager (Susan Colby) have both denied my claim saying it leaked to long. I asked my adjuster how long it had leaked, to which she had no answer. Later in the conversation she changed it up and said, because I had to much mold to which I responded, how much mold was there because you, AAA, CSAA or any representative NEVER came to my house. I have a water bill for the month prior and ZERO water usage because we were gone on vacation. How can it leak for to long when no water was used the month prior. AAA just denied our claim with no facts. Never even came out to look at the damage. I also have two licensed plumber reports stating the water leak was sudden and accidental. This is BAD FAITH, plain and simple. I will be filing a law suit against AAA and CSAA.
