AAA Stow away Storage LLC Auctioned off my tools and belongings after 3 years of service and withheld payments so as to look like non payment. Paducah Kentucky

I rented a 10x 10 storage bldg and kept it for 3 years. I was out of town working for about 6 months and my girlfriend was making payments of which we have receipts. In December they began putting the contents of my storage bldg in an auction, without notifing us and auctioned off my belongings in February 2023. Among the contents were gas powered generator, hand tools , power tools ,propane heater metal shelving art work ,frames and electronic equipment. Industrial fans, gaming chair and many personal items and documents. I went to their office to inquire about possibly getting a larger bldg on March 7th of this year 2023 and was told the storage contents had been auctioned off for non payment which was a lie as payments with receipts had been made  regular since october 2020 in my absence by my girlfriend. I sent them an email stating my dismay at which time they said they had tried to reach us, another lie and actually told me they had two money orders they had not cashed to return to me Dec. 2022 for $59.00 and February 2023 for $120.00. They had not mentioned these to me until I complained. They are folks of low character ripping of people that are forced to use their bussiness due to our failing economy and the covid 19 crisis. They suck!
