Aarnav Global Exports Rajat Gupta (Aarnav Global Exports) 1) Bad product and 2) Take money and didn't ship promised goods, refuse to refund money New Delhi New Delhi

We've had two bad episode with this vendor: 1) We purchased organic mango butter from this vendor. This is supposed to be USDA certified mango butter. Out of 800 kilos we purchased, at least half of them they supplied is bad mango butter. We had to issue refunds to many customers who complaint about this product and we have at least 200 kilos now on the rack that we can't sell due to quality concerns. Due to cost invloved in sending the product back to the vendor for testing we sent an empty bag that contained the rancid and the vendor would not even attempt to smell their own bag for rancidity. 2) Separately on second order, the vendor agreed to ship 3 kilos of an oil, after receiving wire transfer the vendor made excuse that they only had 1 kg and did not ship the quantity that was originally promised. We paid about $2100 for this order and we purchased couple of other small items from the vendor however the vendor still has a credit fo $660. Due to #1 above we decided to severe our relationship with the vendor and asked for refund because we don't trust this vendor. However, vendor is refusing to refund our money. First he said 'India does not allow money to be transfered' as an excuse and later says he can only ship goods but not refund the money. Frankly we believe this vendor is dishonest and not trustworthy and we hope others can avoid it. We are well aware that we may not get our money back but we are hoping others are careful in dealing with Aarnav Global Exports.
