I received a quote and was promised a duffel bag and never recieved it. I call 3 times to Hartford and they AGAIN [promised I would recieve it. After 2 months I called AARP and told them I never recieved it and they told me to contact Hartford that they had not control over them. They shouldn't be associated with them then! There are hundreds of complaints about this SCAM!

"We have made note of the complaint regarding the free weekend duffle bag from The Hartford. We do apologize that they have not yet sent that to you, unfortunately because they are a separate company we do not have the ability to send the free gift they offered. I also called Hartford to assure the conrect address and they confirmed and told me I would recieved the Duffel bag.
