We have been in business for 18yrs and have shipped thousands of sub-zero refrigerator all over usa and abroad. We have used dozens of different trucking co. and carriers to deliver our products. NONE have been worse than dealing with ABF since if they damage your freight their crooked claims dept will make up ANY story in order to deny your claim.

Recently, their forklift driver dropped our $7k sub zero but they refused to pay the $2500 claim. Said it was a defective pallet !! We have been using the same pallets for 18yrs and no problems or we would have changed pallets - right? Rude, unprofessional claim adjuster who job it is to just deny deny deny and hope you just disappear.

Well, they are getting sued for this one. I SUGGEST YOU NOT USE ABF since we have never had a problem with any other carrier on a claim !
