ABSHIRE ENTERPRISES INC Big K's Towing Service & Body Shop Inc. Damaged my car and now refusing to pay for the damage they caused Inwood West Virginia

Big K Towing Service has to be the most irresponsible business I have ever had to deal with. I was involved in a small accident on August 14, 2023. I slid off the road on a sharp corner in West Virginia. The tires were spinning so I couldn't get out, so I dialed 911. The police arrived and called for a tow truck. The tow truck arrived, hooked up my car and proceeded to winch it up on their flatbed truck. At the top, the hook released, and my car was launched into a grove of trees. The driver then hooked it up again and, this time, was successful. The damage was witnessed by at least one of the officers, who took pictures. My body shop is in contact with my insurance company and the tow truck company, Big K Towing. Today, I was contacted by my body shop and they told me the tow truck company is refusing to pay. I need to sue the company for more than $6,000, the remaining damage to my car. I am now getting an attorney. I am also going to file complaints with the appropriate agencies. I guess I'll have to subpoena the police officer to testify as he saw everything. If you are considering using this company, I advise you to run the other way. I am going to see this lawsuit through to the end. When I win, I will be mailing every newspaper I can find with the relevant information. As they are recommended by the police department, I will also be contacting them.

Big K Towing will not reimburse you for damages if your vehicle is damaged under their care. They will force you to take them to court, refuse to cooperate / provide relevant information. If you have had a bad experience with them, please fill out as many reviews to alert others. Also report them to the Attorney General in West Virginia, Better Business Bureau, and Consumer Complaints. In addition, contact your Senator and House Representatives telling them how disappointed in this business you are in West Virginia and ask them to investigate this business.
