BAIT AND SWITCH... Misleading and Incorrect information provided at Front Desk. Additionally, the Rate for Teeth Cleaning is Extremely Abusive... $4,836 for Teeth Cleaning?...
I've scanned the Estimate for all to see... you be the Judge.
I came to this Clinic with an Infection on my Gums... and they charged me $39.00 (standard) for an Examination which revealed that, in their own words... that I needed a Teeth Cleaning, as this was the underlying reason for the infection. Lastly I was presented with this Overwhelming rate for said Cleaning.
Since I cannot mortgage my House to Pay for Teeth Cleaning, I left defeated, confused and still in Pain.
I am not a Socialist, Communist or have any problems with Free Enterprise... on the Contrary. However, Doctors who choose the medical profession should have the Ethical obligation to be Reasonable and have Empathy for their patients. I was dismissed without any aid or resolution for my Bleeding Gums along with their final words Explaining how they can help me get a Bank Loan to clean my teeth.

The estimate you posted is for two crowns ($3376 of your estimate is for that). The root scaling is also not just a "cleaning", it's a therapeutic procedure for advanced state periodontal disease. The bottom line is that you have neglected your teeth for far too long, and now the chickens have come home to roost.
Their prices are maybe a bit on the high side, but it will cost several thousand to do all that no matter where you go.
