Accruate Background Check did a employment background check on me. Day after I signed off the background check, Accurate emails me to call. My social security number was wrong. and blamed company which they said was common. After five days, I called Accurate who were rude and non transparent and refused to tell me anything.
Called the company who and they will contact Accurate to expedited my background check. Folowed up the next day who told me the name of the county they are waiting on and I called that county courthouse who told me we got your background check and sent it back over a day ago by email. You need to get a hold of Accurate and have them contact who the company they have a contract with out here.
Called Accurate who were stumbling their words and were defensive. They told me they had expediated for more information at 5 AM which is 8 AM Eastcoast time and they still had not heard from their vendor. Their vendor did not start on my background check two days after it was sent to them and took two additional days to send it back to Accurate.
Because of their unprofessional gross negligence taking 3 days to send my clean background check back, I nearly lost the job for a large conglomerate. I expect those people will lose their jobs to an off-shore company in India like Sterling Background Check or some Filipino agnecy real soon.

Anyone who researches Accurate Background Check and comes across this report is going to see how unprofessional they are using this platform demonstrating their angry tone and unprofessional attitude being called out for their disreputable behavior. Everything I said was the truth and had to finish the leg work to get my background check done for their lack duty to do their job. So no, I did not make any inappropriate contact when I was told I can follow up.
Now, if the company passes the wrong information to the investigation firm, then yeah it would be the company's fault for providing an incorrect SSN. However, I would have had the company call you, not the investigative firm.
But you did email me and I have then email to prove it to call, not the company who was wanted to hire me. It's was one of your agents who said the company is known to make mistakes sending wrong Social Security Numbers and I told this to the company one of the reasons it took longer.
Speaking of the the truth, you can't handle the truth Jim instead, you like vetting your no moral rectitude making insulting remarks like "stupid on your part. You were an idiot to call them" demonstrates your lack of maturity and professionalism who comes off as a malcontent. Called Accurate who were stumbling their words and were defensive. So now that's twice you made inappropriate contact with the investigative firm. I would have hung up on you.
Obviously, the county has no idea as to what the relationship is between you and the investigation company (BTW to repeat - that's ZERO relationship). The county was wrong to even be speaking with you since you were the person they were providing investigative material on.
The way you act, who wants a relationship with you with your verbal abuse. I never entered a relationship. You don't set rules to the county. I explained everything to the country who confirmed my identity and had no issues with it. You are having a hissy fit temper tantrum for your lazy negligence not doing your job for the client. Obvious with your fragile feelings and hyper-sensitivity, you are the account executive for this account and you are afraid you will lose the client or your job. And as for the company, they welcomed my feed back and it was not unethical and hired me immediately, otherwise, they would rescinded the offer so there and if I was your employer you are the one who is acting inappropriate and with grandiose beliefs, hypothetical opinion's and innuendoes.

Day after I signed off the background check, Accurate emails me to call. My social security number was wrong. and blamed company which they said was common. When you sign up for a background check, you communicate all information to the company who is going to want to hire you, and they pass it off to the investigation company. Now, if the company passes the wrong information to the investigation firm, then yeah it would be the company's fault for providing an incorrect SSN. However, I would have had the company call you, not the investigative firm.
After five days, I called Accurate who were rude and non transparent and refused to tell me anything. Yeah, I would not have called the investigation company - that was pretty stupid on your part. They don't work for you and they should NOT be disclosing anything to you since you were the one being investigated. If you felt they were rude to you...too bad. You were an idiot to call them.
Followed up the next day who told me the name of the county they are waiting on and I called that county courthouse who told me we got your background check and sent it back over a day ago by email. You need to get a hold of Accurate and have them contact who the company they have a contract with out here. Because of their unprofessional gross negligence taking 3 days to send my clean background check back, I nearly lost the job for a large conglomerate. I don't think so, but more on that later. First, you aren't going to be working for that conglomerate (lol) for very long given the number of inappropriate contacts you made with the investigative company. I might have even decided not to hire you had I known you had done something as unethical as that. It's really no different than if you were under investigation for something like harassment in a company and you then called HR to expedite the investigation into the person accusing you of harassment....
Second, it can take anywhere from 48-72 hours to complete a hiring investigation; most companies who hire firms to perform investigations know this, so you were literally in zero danger of losing the offer. Now, the company can opt to not hire you IF the investigation turns up something you failed to properly disclose...or simply lie. However, they will not make any hiring decision until the investigation is complete, especially if the conglomerate (lol) made a conditional offer to you pending the investigation.
As I said, if it were me and had I known you made these inappropriate contacts, I would have determined you were unethical and rescinded the conditional offer.
I expect those people will lose their jobs to an off-shore company in India like Sterling Background Check or some Filipino agnecy real soon. I don't think so. No matter how much of the investigation can be done online, there is much work that still needs to be done locally that firms with an overseas address cannot do unless they sub out the work locally.
