Adornus Cabinetry Delayed order for months on end, sent the wrong parts and refused to live up to their agreement Lancaster South Carolina

We order kitchen and bathroom cabinets for a four unit townhouse project from Adornus. We had been an Adornus rep for several years, and up to that point had been ok with their service and product. The problems started with delays in the initial order, which came 6 weeks later than we were told. When we received the order, it became immediately clear that many of the parts were missing, wrong or incomplete. I will omit including details of the long and painful back and forth with Adornus to resolve this order, only to say it took 4-5 order and re-orders of missing or incorrectly manufactured parts, to get any resolution.  After the third shipment was received and the order was still significantly deficient, John Rodriguez, our sales rep was going to have the factory refabricate the ENTIRE order.  I told him this was not necessary, and we had a fix that could be accomplished locally by having our installer modify the parts we had, and fabricate a few new items, but I wanted to make sure Adornus would pay for this work in-lieu of re-fabricating the entire order. John agreed to this.

We finally finished the project and I sent the $4500 bill for the repair work our subcontractor performed (to put this in perspective, the total cabinet order was around $60k). After months of follow up emails, and attempted phone calls, I was informed that Adornus was not going to pay the bill, because according to their "records", the order was correct, but they offered 10% discounts on upcoming orders.  I have numerous emails from multiple Adornus staff verifying that they knew the error was theirs. So not only was our project delayed by months, but we are now also out almost $5k they agreed to pay. The company is terribly managed, and communication is beyond awful.  I would stay away from Adornus unless you want to lose time, money and gain a lot of aggravation.
