ADT Alarm System; Absolutely No Customer support: Internet

I cannot get my $1,000.00 self install ADT Alarm System to function when I arm the system and then when I enter the residence? Absolutely (No Alarm goes off). ADT is very prompt for Billing the customer for service that doesn't work; 2 - Months and still No service that I have paid for.  The New Communist Democrats way of running America. Absolutely sad and pathetic.
