If you are a company looking for parking enforcement services I would strongly caution you about working with this company. It is not worth the reputational damage to your business. Advanced Booting Services should not be allowed to operate given their unfair, unethical business practices. They operate in Athens, Ga and prey on students unjustly. For instance, at the Mark apartments there are too many incidents to count of kids getting booted when they were parked in their designated and paid for lot. They booted my car when I had paid for my spot using the parking app. Unfortunately, my daughter mistyped the last digit of the license plate so they booted my car. I called the company and they said they would send someone out. When he looked up my car and realized why they booted me, I expected him to remove the boot without charge since I could show that I had paid to park (and in fact stil had 8 hours left on my payment). Nope, he insisted that I pay and said that it was possible that there was another car with my make, model and color that had the same tag number except for the last digit. He was totally rude and sarcastic. When I sent in a dispute, I was told I would be reimbursed, but it has been three months and they have not sent me payment and are not returning my inquiries. I have reported them to the BBB and the FTC since my incident was just one of many that I have heard regarding misconduct by this company.
