Lisa needs to have her License revoked. I would have to agree with the other horrible reviews. I would indeed consider her a fraud and a con artist. Dishonest, rude, beyond arrogant. Took time to set up my business with her. She takes an initial meeting and you basically NEVER hear from her again. Deal with her assistants and she's unreachable.

Misadvised my entire setup which makes me even wonder if she is a legit EA or CPA. Charged me to bookkeeping which was never done. Screwed up my filings beyond words. Like totally forgot my deductions. DOES NOT file on time. Files extensions and blows past those deadlines.

I've lost nearly 20k trying to work with her in 14 months. Paid for the wrong setups. Paid for half a** bookkeeping. Paid fines because she blows past deadlines and is unreachable.

I've spend 12k alone in the past week hiring a REAL Tax attorney to fix her disaster along with a REAL CPA to completely redo everything I paid Lisa to do.

Hope she loses her license after what she's cost my family.
