AdvanceTec Industries Inc. ZERO Customer Service, Not even a follow up call. Miami Florida

I made a purchase from this company and they call you to obtain payment. I was told they would withdraw the payment when they ship and would forward tracking information.

I only found out they shipped because they withdrew the money and it was some days after so I requested tracking information because they did not do it as promised.

I was finally able to get a response and it was pretty much to hell with you we got the money. I checked the tracking and it was to be delivered the same day.

I have UPS "mychoice" and specific instructions to leave nothing on my steps in the inner city because of theft. Of course the item which was described in the UPS shipping information as "a letter" by AdvanceTec was "delivered to front door step" and I did not receive it.

I contacted AdvanceTec and they said it was a "community problem" and would do nothing about it. ZERO You would think the company would at least take the helm and file the claim with UPS but apparently their customer service is a big ZERO and they do nothing to help in anyway.

I filed the claim with UPS who informed me that part of the reason my delivery instructions were disregarded was something to do with cheaper shipping with Advancetec, so they can save a few pennies. I paid a full rate for the shipping so I guess it is so they can try and make money on the shipping too.

The claim was upheld and UPS paid AdvanceTec and of course I heard ZERO from them so now I get to file the charge back with VISA to get the money that has already been approved to go to this worthless do nothing company.

Unbelieveable! Not even the sellers from overseas on ebay are this ruthless and uncaring. Crazy and this is an American Company. Disgrace.
