My fiancé died and had started decomposing in March 31,2020 is when I found him. I checked with aegis my insurance co to see if our home would be covered for cleanup. I received 3 approvals from Doug Jones, AndyBaker, Ryan Parkes all before I hired Service Master to come clean up the trauma science. Micah Scott got the same approval from Ryan Parkes claims desk . Micah Scott is manager for service master. The clean up was 21,999.00 the estimate for contractor is 14,000.00. Now Aegis has denied the claim, denied that I was given approval to hire Service Master.

I’ve kept records of phone conversations, emails, voice mails of every time I spoke to them dates, times an what was said. Yet they still deny it. They sent a check in the first month for $3460.00 for repairs to trailer of a 2009. My trailer was a new 2019 16/80 manufactured home. We had moved in December of 2019. I had 50,000 on trailer, 20,000 personal property an 100,000 on personal liability an 5,000 on porches an outbuildings. They refuse to return phone calls . Please can you help
