I made an Equity Investment with Joshua A. Lowe in 2023. I also won 'Top Investor' ($250k) and never received a dime.  Between my equity investment and prize money, we're talking about $550k.  

Josh, in true scammer fashion drained me for all he could by selling more and more equity to fund his project.  After several missed deadlines and excuses, I asked for an Equity Agreement and he lashed out at me.  Then offered to give me money back and immediately turned off my Telegram access.

I have all backup conversations because Mr. Lowe likes to give his version of the story.  If I would have done my deep dive research on this scammer, I would have realized Joshua Lowe is a FELON and has a fairly lengthy criminal history (which is public record).  I hope a True Navy Seal isn't reading this because I have confirmed Mr. Lowe is NOT a Navy Seal as he pretends to be.  Trident tattoo and all.  Many people are familiar with the name, Don Shipley (a true Navy Seal).  You can pay a small fee and receive a report from Mr. Shipley.  Mr. Lowe served a whopping 8 months in the Navy.  He claims he was honerable/medically discharged, so I offered Mr. Lowe the opportunity to get on a 3-way call with Don Shipley and he totally avoided the question.  I expected that response from someone who is guilty.  If he has nothing to hide, he would have jumped at the opportunity to clear things up.

Mr. Lowe uses Retired Navy Seal as false representation when doing business and the truth of the matter is...he can barely swim, as I saw this firsthand.

I am passing this information along in hopes of saving someone else from this high class scammer.
