This is a complaint against Afirm US Reports from Fort Collins Colorado.

We believe We have been swindled by this company.

It in the former president of this company is a biography, Mr. Mark de Wall,l, he indicates and actually states that "Your word is your bond."

However, we were induced into joining the Afirm US Reports company now purchased by a third party when we were contacted by this company by Internet and we were asked and stated in advance to Afirm US Reports that we would not be interested in working for this firm as an inspection contractor or in any other capacity only and unless Afirm had substantial inspections to send us, and an abundance of business in our area. We were told by actual representatives of the company that Afirm actually DID have this much business for us.

We have learned that this is not true at all. We would not have produced we would not have proceeded with the application process of a firm if we had been told the truth about the amount and type of business awaiting us at a firm. Which turned out not to be true at all periods we were falsely induced into signing a firms adhesion agreement in septembar 2022, and have been fighting to make money from affirm since. It has never come come despite of firms brilliant Matthews Bartolomeu and John Adams false assurances. When we entered into the agreement and contract kamo we believe now and no that it was grossly misrepresented To Us by a firm, Bartholomew and Adams. And here is how.

We have had many experiences with inspection companies and their false promises, for many years,

of their anticipated inspections  and money and false promises made to us, the anticipated inspectors. Being very careful at this point, when we received the solicitations from Afirm U.S reports, we were very wary of these inspection projections. We were told by their representatives that there were many inspections available in our area, and plenty of work. As shown above, this is not true.

After dealing with the firm's phony misrepresentation agents Brian Bartholomew and John Adams, we realized that this was not true. So, we were in fact  induced into signing their agreement by fraud. This is called as you know fraud in the inducement. As you can see, for all the months that we have been dealing with Mr Adams and Mr Bartholomew, we have earned a grand total of just over 200 dollars.  We have lost many months of income from Afirm misrepresentations.

We were lied to by Mr. Bartholomew and Mr. Adams, in addition to being strung along by them,  while our intention with the Afirm company was for us to do a service for Afirm, and to make a commission for ourselves for doing so. (To Make money for doing so.)

Our training, which Afirm as indicated is one us in Afirms adhesion contract. The training was off and on. It was never finalized by the trainers Bartholomew and Adams and none of this was our fault. Training dragged  on during our sporadic training, John Adams admitted to us that the Afirm software that he was training us on had a lot of holes in it and was BAD. He also stated that some of the inspectors in the field have verified that this software is bad. One training session with Adams was wholly taken up of him disciplining his approximately 5 year old son while Adams home baby sat him while on the Zoom "training to us.

Adams and Bartholomew dragged our training on through the holidays. Bartholomew was gone for a long time during the holidays on paternity leave. Then Adams was gone for Christmas and New Year's holiday all the while they secretly began taking away all 19 of our already assigned inspections and the commissions that went with them. That was all the money lost to us.

This could be Akin to theft of our labor. In addition, theft of our time. We had to give up other offers for being fraudulently induced into signing Afirm's agreement. Now we are stuck from any money from Afirm. John Adams also kept referring us to the  help desk after he was unable to use afirm software properly in our computer. This computer is a top of the line Dell computer and his brand new by the way. We took it upon ourselves to start contacting our 19 and inspection customer service by email phone and letter, because we were not getting any guidance from Adams nor Bartholomew at this point. We had to contact them, those needing inspections, as they were contacting us, and asking us where were we? when  we were coming for their inspection, by mail, email and letter. We were frozen from getting to them by Adam and Bartholomew, who were nowhere to be found at that moment.

It turns out that giv all our previous skepticism  of inspection companies, We were right about  Afirm, Bartholomew and Adams.

We contacted all of our inspection customers without guidance again from the above-mentioned trainers. Then we started receiving phone calls and texts from inspection clients. We had to come up with some delay excuses for the customers. Even though it was the company's fault. It made us all  look bad in front of these inspection customers.

We are not going away until we reach a mutual agreement on this matter. We do not want to make this into an accelerated resolution period but this will be totally up to Afirm at this point.

If we fail to resolve this matter, called common sense says this will not be good for Afirm or for us. Let us resolve this. Afirm US Reports. This is 17 unpayed inspections assigned to us times the lowest inspection price at $60 an inspection.

Please assist in the quick resolution of this matter.

Afirm US Reports, Bartholomew, and Adams owe us at least 960 dollars and that currently.
