African Development Group or ADF funding is an international investment company that operates within Africa, Europe, Asia, and now the United States. Sandra Hunte stated the following about her company, "we utilize a number of strategies to deliver our value and our product to our clients and they run across a variety of different things such as asset and wealth management. We do a lot of Government infrastructure investments we basically partner with various governments to look at their infrastructure projects and determine how we can help them to add value to the underlying government and the subjects that they cover. And then we also do a lot with private wealth clients. So we have a whole slew of private equity and debt investment products and things that we offer as well. We initially had our operations focused on building infrastructure within Africa and a few years ago made a determination to move our main headquarters to Asia. So, our main office is now located in Hong Kong and that was basically because we looked at Hong Kong as the strategic kind of international hub and so we made that determination a few short years ago to move our offices there."

Their sales process is highly consultative, "we very much believe in sitting down and meeting with our clients. And so, the same way you want to know about us we want to know about you so we definitely you know it is very important for us to apply some of the practices that are very consistent throughout the financial world such as know your customer, so we want to know a little bit about them. So, we will definitely sit down with them and through those series of meeting or meetings we will then tailor a program based on what meets the needs of that particular customer and we will proceed from there."
CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FUNDING GROUP
Ms. Hunte was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Ms. Hunte described a situation where a client needed a vehicle to assist in funding a program they had created. Ms. Hunte continued, "they paid so much, and we came up with the solution and they paid some fees for that particular product. And unfortunately, as it turned out a couple of months later that product was no longer available. In that particular case my client was not happy with the alternatives that were available to them and so they requested a refund for the fees that they paid and that was done promptly you know within 24 hours. So, it definitely was a satisfactory end result unfortunately not because the product wasn’t available but because they walked away totally satisfied that the investment that they put in towards something we could no longer provide was refunded to them without question."
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Ms. Hunte expressed that the reports on Ripoff Report have no correlation with African Development Funding Group, "It was a personal relationship that kind of escalated to be somewhat of a dispute so that was addressed. And what we wanted to focus on was having an independent review done so that we could be able to show individuals you know or if there were any concerns that we do have a good company and you can look at our track record and see from a lack of complaints from anyone else ever that we have never had any issues or problems."
