AG Immigration SCAMMED me! This is a warning to anyone who is considering using this dishonest and unethical company for their important immigration needs. I am an airline pilot and entrusted them with S15,000 USD to manage my EB-2 NIW visa application for a green card in the United States. This was a life changing opportunity, I believed I had done the proper research when I chose this firm. It was the biggest mistake of my life, they ruined this opportunity. It has led to nearly a YEAR of HELL in trying to recover the money they stole from me. They claim to be an advanced immigration firm in the United States. This is NOT TRUE. Most that handled my application were inexperienced staffers, not lawyers, in Brazil with limited English. They were unable to complete key USCIS forms properly even after numerous attempts. They are using the US immigration system as a cash grab. I have a mountain of evidence that proves that they misrepresented their services, acted unethically, regularly lied, and did not honor their promised refund of my money. Their lies are shocking! I lost my entire team when AG Immigration's founder and top attorney, Dr. Felipe Alexandre, along with most of their lawyers and other staff, left the firm. That amount of staff only leave if things are very wrong. I was never notified of this and my file was left unattended. I only learned of it after making numerous calls. Next came inexperienced staffers in Brazil who filled the key government forms with mistakes, missing information, and many examples of negligence and carelessness. They did not follow the important USCIS guidelines, it would likely have resulted in a refusal. There was no expertise in the US, no lawyer contacted me, it was all in Brazil. They put the name of a lawyer on a form who had no immigration experience. They were so careless they even copied the bullet points from my resume into the forms, freezing them. They were never able to fix this nor many other mistakes. Having accumulated a lot of evidence of their wrongdoing, they finally agreed to a partial refund of $13,000 USD. For weeks they kept reassuring me via emails that my refund was being processed. They were all more LIES. We are approaching 4 months and I still do not have my money. I am now having to take legal action against AG Immigration. This is just a summary of the terrible experience that I have had with them, it is much worst than this. AG Immigration is a fraudulent company. They are the most dishonest, unethical firm I have ever experienced. Please do not fall for their marketing and sales pitches. I recommend to other people like me who have been victims of AG Immigration to report them to state and federal authorities, the Better Business Bureau, consumer protection agencies, and to share their experiences online. And to take legal action against them. They cannot continue to scam people like this.
