Air Pros Solar Bear Refused to honor a warranty. Tampa FL

I went to Home Depot in Florida on March 29, 2019 and purchased a $10,000 air conditioner with a two year labor and ten year warranty on parts from a contractor named "Solar Bear".

Solar Bear was acquired by Air Pros.  When my unit went out, I contacted Jeremy at Air Pros on Sunday.  After spending $500 to troubleshoot the A/C, I told him I need a circuit board.  On Monday, Air Pros sent out a young technician who look like he didn't have a clue.  Jeremy claimed "we will expedite the part" and have it by Monday.  The next day he called me and said he's sending a technician to "by pass" the circuit board.  The technician was here for about 30 minutes when Jeremy called and said the technician could not fix it, the part will take two weeks and in the meantime, buy a room to room airconditioner.  I was appaulled.  It's 98 degrees in Florida. It''s dangerous and life threatening to be without air conditioning.

Air Pros never had any intentions on honoring the contract from Solar Bear.  They just strung me along as if it was a joke.  I asked him to replace the unit, he laughed and said "sure, for $8,000".  I emailed the owner and did not receive a reply.
