AirTalk Wireless - WARNING!!! NEW CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Houston Texas

I have been trying for nearly a month now to port my phone number from AirTalk Wireless! Tech support never answers after hours of waiting day in day out on the line to either be waiting for hours with no answer to hours of waiting to be hung up on. Emails take days to respond to with vague responses not pertaining to the issue at hand! What information I did get after nearly a month of trying to reach them is coming up as invalid with my new phone carrier. My new carrier says my first name is invalid and is preventing me being able to port my # even though is name that I used to sign up with and is preventing my new carrier to be able to port over my phone number from airtalk wireless. I need airtalk to provide me the correct name they have listed under my account as well as the correct account info in order to have my number ported over from them.
