Airtm is Holding My Money – No Support, No Withdrawal Dover Delaware

WARNING: Airtm is Blocking My $140 and Ignoring Support Requests!

I am filing this report to expose Airtm, an online financial platform that blocks user withdrawals and ignores support tickets, effectively stealing people’s money.

My Experience with Airtm:

1. My friend transferred $140 to my Airtm account.
2. When I tried to withdraw, Airtm blocked the transaction due to "limits."
3. I contacted support, and they requested written consent to intervene and help me.
4. I provided the consent immediately, but since then, I have been completely ignored for over 7 days.
5. Despite multiple follow-ups, Airtm refuses to respond or release my funds.

Why This is a SCAM?

• Airtm blocks withdrawals without reason or transparency.
• They request additional documentation but then ignore users completely.
• Customer support is non-existent – they do not respond for days or weeks!
• Many other users have reported the same issue, indicating a pattern of fraudulent behavior.

Steps I Have Taken:

• I have filed official complaints with BBB, CFPB, and FTC against Airtm.
• I have attempted to reach out via Twitter, Discord, and direct email, but they continue to ignore me.

What I Want:

I demand Airtm to release my funds immediately or issue a full refund to my friend who sent the money. If they continue ignoring me, I will escalate this further, including legal action and media exposure.

I strongly urge others to AVOID Airtm until they fix these unethical business practices!
