The owner made a commitment to deliver a minimum of 25% ROI per month and assured us that meetings could be scheduled at our request to discuss the store's performance.
However, the owner consistently failed to follow through, often agreeing to meetings and then not showing up multiple times. Over the course of approximately six months, the store they set up consistently lost money.
Eventually, we had to instruct them to cease spending our funds on inventory due to the ongoing losses. The cost of this store/partnership has amounted to $39,000 USD.
Despite numerous requests for a refund and the return of our inventory funds, we have yet to receive any reimbursement. This has been an ongoing issue, further reinforcing our concerns about the reliability of this company and its owner.

Update on the current situation: After discussing with the owner, he provided insights into the factors contributing to the store's poor sales performance. We are now collaborating on processing a refund for the store.
