Alakazam Apps Sprinkle of Jesus Failed to build appropriate APP Philadelphoa PA

I purchased a service through Alakazam Apps after watching Hip Hop Magician aka Nakia Rattray go live on Instagram on December 2019 promising all they would do and build an app for your business.  The fee he quoted was $900 if you sign up now.  I signed up and spoke to Melanie.  She sold the company by stating all they would do, the app would be great, and so on.  Melanie stated that the monthly fee is $200 per month after its in the app store.

 Well they started billing the $200 within the next 2 months.  I had nothing but the run around from this company.  They only communicate via email, by bogus non existant employees.  I sent several emails asking the status, they'd couldnt give answers.  I asked to see a prototype of the app they were building, they stated Apple doesn't allow them to do that and I couldnt see the app or have access to it until it was actually in the app store.  I sent them an email with all the features the app must have, and the logo.  They claim I had to pay an extra $150 to add my logo because they already created a logo for me.  

I told them I didn't ask for a logo to be built when I have my own logo.  The app was submitted to Apple and was rejected several times.  I forwarded the email from Apple to them.  They'd resubmit with no changes and the app would be denied again.  This went on for about 6 weeks.  I finally got an email from Apple the app was approved.  Low and behold, the only thing correct about the app was my logo.  It didn't have any of the app features we requested.  The content and pictures were not ours.  

They claimed that I'd have to go in an make the necessary changes myself, when they were the ones who were building the app.  Later on I found out they went through a third party called buildfire to have the app done.  The app doesnt work and not functional at all.  I've since requested a refund.
