Alamo Fireworks Gave false projected sales numbers, false report to the police department, false report of abandonment Red Oak Tx

I signed a contract to work with Alamo Fireworks as an operator of one of their fire cracker stands. I was told before excepting the contract for the stand that this Stand made an estimated $21,000-$26,000 in profit. The stand made nowhere near that amount in a period between June 24 thru July 4 the stand may have made approximately $10,000.

I informed them on several different occasions that I was not happy with the profit production of the profits of the stand and I was a assured on multiple occasions that this Stand would definitely make that $26,000 mark when I told them in a text message that I was wanting to close the stand down because medically I was unable to complete and stay there was one of the reasons another reason was that again the stand did not make what was promised there was no profit going to be paid to me.

Alamo Told the police that I had abandoned the stand and they knew that I was still there packing up and counting my ending inventory..... I was told to get off the property and leave and not to touch anything at 7:11pm.  I was threatened on multiple occasions that if I didn't do what they said, when they said, how they said, they would take the stand away from me.
