ALB & Associates Aaron Brisley Stole/scammed our family out of $27,000 Morrisville Missouri

 We hired ALB & Associates and was required to pre pay 25,000 dollars in order to lock in rates for lumber and get things paid in advance. Aaron Brisley, the owner operator continously showed up with more bills, over and over demanding everything be pre paid. We asked what our 25,000 had been used on as we also got the entire bill for all lumber and materials, which was supposed to have had a big chunk paid with the 25,000 by ALB and Associates.

He has since admitted that he does not have the money and has asked to make payments to pay it back. Along the way, Aaron Brisely also had stated the money was in an account for escrow to be paid out later, he finally also admitted, this too, was a lie. asked about making payments to us and then never showed with any money. Of course, we demanded the full amount, however he had spent it. 25,000 was requested down, to begin the building process for our new home and then we had also paid for siding and roofing. The siding never came.

He left his contractors here in the end, working and asking us for money for their work and no hotel for them to stay in, we also had to pay for his employees rooms. Every effort to get our money back from Aaron Brisely has been met with nothing but lie after lie, excuse after excuse. ALB & Associates aka are scam artists.
