This elderly man has scammed many people by saying he owns a diamond mine in Namibia and will sell diamonds for them. He says they will get their money back in 10-days. Please do not believe his lies. He comes off as a sincere man who is honest and caring. This is just masking his real true deceiving self. He will get investors to invest their life savings and never show them a penny.

If you come close to this man - make sure you hold onto your money. He hopes that you will just let it go and never speak about it again. This man will take you to the limit and have you suffer through litigation to get your own money back. He will ring you along and tell you that you will receive your money back each week until a fair amount of time has passed hoping you will forget about it. 

If you live with a disability, good luck - this guy doesn't care. He is a scammer 

If you are an investor, someone looking to make money - look for other ways. Do not invest with him, he will take every penny he can by sweet-talking you. He claims he has an employee name "Anton" - this guy is a total Russian scam as well. He doesn't do anything for Albert. He will ask you to come to his home to make the investment and keep in touch with you at all times but never really give you the money back.
