Alder Security Alder burglar alarms these people will NOT quit charging us over and over ,will not cancel vineyard utah

to begin with my folks are in their 90's , the salesman tricked my folks saying they were upgrading their ADT system.(which is a good company) then lied about the contract length (said it was less then the 5 years that it was) mom died shortly after the contract was signed .

about a year later the house burnt down and i called them and more or less was told to bad. which is a sad way to do business. the alarm was burnt up and like i said they did not care only wanted their money.dad moves in with us and since it was a contract and we had no money for a lawyer ,it was still being withdrawn from his bank account and not one time ever called to do anything like send new alarm ,tell us there was no signal or anything else a good company would have done .

after the 5 years was up i called and told them to cancel it they said a paper was to be signed and sent back .well they never sent the paper .we just forgot about it and then over a year later notice they were STILL taking the money out.a few days ago ,

after 5 + years a woman calls and says our signal is not working (i mean REALLY) i tell her fire destroyed it and the house a long time ago and i believe it was canceled over a year ago when the contract was over .then she transfers me to cancel.department and after being on hold for 1/2 hour someone gets on and says he will look into it and after another 1/2 hour on hold comes back and says he needs a paper signed and will send it .well we do not fall for the same trick twice so i tell him email me the paper and it will be signed and sent back. i am doing it today .

this in my opinion is the most patheic company i have EVER delt with and i feel as if they have be RIPPED OFF totally i can NOT believe they would do this to a 94 year old man after all hes been through.
