alepon.com I didn't receive the item. I've purchased for 526.99$. I'm not getting any messages from that company since 5 days now (they are suppose to answer in 1 day according to they're website).

Hi to all of you, I hope you're doing great and that you had a great holiday season. Sorry to bother you. I would like to get some assitance please. I did an order on the website www.alepon.com for a stroller travel system, it did cost me over 500$ CAD. I've been trying to reach that website since December 20th and nobody answered me. I'm scared that this website is a scam and that I won't get my purchase. I couldn't find any reviews on the web or any phone numbers to reach them.

I've sent them 4 messages since December 20th no return at all. It's also showing on my credit card statement a strange description of the purchase, it's showing ''Name Auckland'' nothing relate to a baby store or alepon.com website. When you have a chance could you please let me know what I could do and have a great day! Antoine

No address, no phone number, no email address. They might come from Spain or maybe from USA.
