  It seems they have moved the building at 82 Alfred Street to a location across the street that does not exist.  So current website marketing V Human Space indicates the location is now 85 Alfred Street FV QLD.  Seems, sorry to say, odd... no phone number, no fax, no email address, wrong street address, and a PO Box in Gold Coast QLD.  Odder yet.

This new manager of the slum and death trap as I rented it at 82 Alfred Street is detailed in this prior Ripoff Report complaint.


Now they seem to want to continue to market the units with no want to offer them as being habitable.

Since they refuse to perform and to date acted to steal and defraud bond monies and future rents in the hopes of making repairs, now they offer this obfuscation and sleight of hand to get away further and yet.

And by that they admit you'd be living in a parking lot across the street.  Again 82 Alfred Street in Fortitude Valley Queensland Australia is the real address.  85 Alfred Street is on the other side of the street and is not there.

A more recent view of listings made by the agent who rented me the unit on Alfred Street in Fortitude Valley QLD, Pan Zeng, shows what look to be juicy deals on studio and one bedroom units at 82 Alfred Street.

The problem is that this block of units and the building in total look to be condemned, taken out of service.

Alert Property Group seems to think the location is across the street at 85 Alfred Street.

Calls to Pan have you greeted with a generic outgoing message with no offer to indicate who you called, and they desire you to leave a short 10 second message.

The units as displayed here are too low in price, they claim to be furnished, and really would go for over $500/week with the furnishings as shown in the listings. One even is set to go on September 11, 2020. What a miracle is that?

A bait and switch on a history of real estate fraud, designed to bilk every tenant of rents, while torturing them with the abusive devices installed there, and the prison warden gangster management style of Pan and Bin et al.

Pan Zeng is now at some other slumlord agency called:
