These 3 pretend to invest in your company, whereas they just took inventory from us worth of thousands of Dollars, never paid for it ,  to keep it to themselves and gave it their relatives), whilst they make you false promises and commitments they never keep. They tried to overtake my company valued 5 Million , for zero Dollars and 60 Percent equity, tried to lure us into an agreement that would have given them total control and we would have lost all our lives work and own investment.
